Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your AES pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, makeup, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you.
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
Your replacement item will be shipped once your original item has been received and approved.
If the requested size or color is no longer available, we'll issue store credit or a refund instead.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items purchased at 30% off or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@amateurequestriansociety.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are made to order, orders are sent into production shortly after purchase.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered production.
Important Note About Made-to-Order Items
Many Amateur Equestrian Society products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind after the 30-day return window has passed.
